How many hours of coverage do we need?
It depends on your event. Some clients book just the main part (guests arriving, key moments, speeches), others want full coverage from set-up to the last dance. Tell me what you’re planning and I’ll recommend a sensible amount of coverage.
Do you take group photos as well as candid shots?
Yes. My approach is documentary-led, but I’m always happy to take group photos, team photos or any specific combinations you need. We’ll plan these in advance so it’s quick and painless on the day.
What’s your style? Will you direct people?
I work calmly and discreetly, letting the event unfold naturally. I won’t interrupt moments or stage things, but I will step in when needed for group photos or any key shots you’ve requested.
We’re worried about the lighting. Is that a problem?
No. Events are often in tricky light, from dark venues to mixed colour lighting. I’m used to it and I bring professional equipment to handle it properly.
When will we receive our photos?
Your final gallery is usually delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on the scale of the event. If you need a small selection quickly for PR or social media, let me know and I can usually send highlights sooner.
How will the photos be delivered?
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download and share your images. It’s simple and works well for sending to guests or colleagues.
Can we request specific shots?
Definitely. If there are key people, moments or details that matter to you, tell me beforehand. I’ll build it into the plan while still keeping the coverage natural.
Do you offer extras like a photo booth?
Yes, optional additions like a staffed photo booth with props can be arranged. If you’re interested, mention it when you enquire and I’ll talk you through the options.
How do we book?
Send an enquiry with your date, location, rough timings and what the event is. If I’m available, we’ll confirm coverage, then a booking fee secures your date.
