A calm, thoughtful approach to portrait photography
I offer portrait photography from my studio in Portishead and on location across Bristol. Sessions are relaxed and unrushed, with a focus on creating portraits that feel natural, confident, and true to you.
My approach is led by connection rather than posing. I guide gently, allowing space for personality to come through, whether that results in something quietly expressive, bold and graphic, or more softly observed. Each session is tailored to the individual, rather than following a set formula.
Portrait sessions can take place entirely in the studio, outdoors in nearby natural locations, or as a combination of both within the same session. This flexibility allows for a varied set of images that still feel cohesive and considered.
I also offer professional headshots for business owners and creatives who want images that feel approachable and authentic, rather than overly corporate. These can be created in the studio or on location, depending on how you plan to use the photographs.

For me, portrait photography is about seeing people as they are and creating images that feel considered, personal, and quietly powerful. Each session is approached with care, allowing time for you to settle in and feel comfortable, rather than rushing towards a result.
Portrait sessions can take place in my Portishead studio or on location around Bristol. If you have a particular place in mind that feels meaningful to you, I’m always happy to work there. You’re also welcome to bring along items that feel part of your story, whether that’s something simple or sentimental.
I enjoy the variety that portrait photography allows, and no two sessions are ever the same. Some clients prefer the calm and control of the studio, while others feel more at ease at home or outdoors. We’ll talk through what feels right for you before your session, so the experience feels relaxed and intentional.
Around a week after your shoot, you’ll be invited back to the studio for your viewing appointment. Your fully edited images will be presented on a large screen, giving you time to enjoy them properly and choose how you’d like to move forward.

If you’re drawn to expressive, intimate portraiture, boudoir sessions offer a more personal and empowering experience.
BOOKING FEE

Your booking fee secures your portrait session in my diary.
It covers the time spent with me during your photoshoot, use of studio outfits, my experience and creative direction, and the careful editing of your images.
The booking fee is separate from any photo packages. After your session, you’ll be invited to choose a digital image collection from your fully edited gallery.
