Can you help with posing?
Absolutely. Most people feel unsure at first. I’ll guide you with natural, easy direction so you look confident, approachable and professional without anything feeling forced.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes. All final images are professionally edited with natural retouching. This includes subtle skin work, lighting adjustments and small refinements, while still keeping you looking like you.
Can you match existing team headshots?
Yes. If your business already has a set style, background or lighting setup, I can match this for new staff to keep everything consistent.
How long does a headshot session take?
Individual headshot sessions typically take around 30–45 minutes. Team and corporate sessions vary depending on numbers and setup, which we’ll confirm in advance.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Your gallery is usually delivered within 2–3 working days. If you need images urgently, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Do you photograph large teams?
Yes. On-location sessions are ideal for larger teams and corporate environments, allowing multiple people to be photographed efficiently with minimal disruption.
What if I don’t like my photos?
During the session, we review images as we go to make sure you’re happy. If adjustments are needed, we’ll make them there and then so you leave feeling confident about your results.

Half day – £795
Up to 4 hours including setup and take-down
Includes 2 headshots per team member
Full day – £1,295
Up to 7 hours including setup and take-down
Includes 2 retouched headshots per team member
A realistic number of people for a full day is up to 40 (approximately one person every 5/10 minutes).
For larger teams, additional time or multiple days can be arranged.
I photograph indoor corporate headshots tethered to a laptop, allowing images to be reviewed as we go. Finished galleries are delivered within 2–3 days for a fast, efficient turnaround.
